During my recent business trip to Saint Petersburg, my director chose Boutique Hotel Albora for our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious spa zone and fitness center available at the hotel. Access to the spa zone, which included a hammam and a sauna, allowed for rejuvenating relaxation after a long day of meetings. The extreme shower and two experience showers added a unique touch to the spa experience. , the solarium provided a perfect opportunity to unwind and soak up some sun. the spa zone offered a range of amenities that ensured a truly indulgent stay.

The light panel in the room was too bright at night, without an option to switch off or dim it.

The room was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including freshly made pancakes. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's spa zone, which featured a hammam, sauna, extreme shower, and two experience showers. The relaxation and rejuvenation I experienced in these facilities were unparalleled. having a solarium available was an added bonus, allowing me to maintain a healthy glow despite the demanding nature of my trip.

While my experience at Boutique Hotel Albora was mostly exceptional, there was one minor issue that I encountered.

My family had a fantastic stay at a hotel that ticked all the boxes! The location was perfect - within easy reach of the center of the city, bus stations, and the Marinskii theatre. We loved dining in the hotel's restaurant, where the service was excellent and the food was amazing. The rooms were spacious and well designed, with comfortable beds and modern facilities. The bathroom was spotless and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The spa and sauna area was a perfect spot to unwind.

The only downside we experienced was that the spa had to be booked in advance - but that turned out to be a small inconvenience!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was very professional and the service was outstanding. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities, including a beautifully designed restaurant. The location was perfect - a peaceful and quiet area while being close to the city center and bus stations.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I felt like a queen staying at LAARDO ALBORA. The European cuisine was incredibly new and the service was unobtrusive. The gym had top-notch equipment and the hotel's location was perfect.

Covering the bright light panel with a towel at night was such a charming inconvenience.

The common areas were impeccably maintained, and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas for senior guests like myself to relax and unwind. The hotel also had excellent accessibility features, with ramps and elevators conveniently located throughout the property. This made it easy for me to navigate the hotel without any issues.

It would have been even better if the staff were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Perhaps some additional assistance or understanding from the younger staff members would have made the vacation experience even more enjoyable for elderly visitors.

The parking situation was a bit frustrating, as we were told that free courtyard parking was not available, despite having a written confirmation. The breakfast was just OK for the price, and they ran out of some of the better options like caviar and smoked salmon.

During our stay over Christmas, we were delighted with the high level of service we received at this hotel. The meals provided were not only delicious but also varied, with a combination of traditional and contemporary dishes. We appreciated the modern amenities, such as the quick and reliable internet, and enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. The location was convenient for our needs, with easy access to the local theatre, and the cost was reasonable for the quality we received.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, we did find getting to local tourist attractions required some extra effort. The distance from this hotel to some of the main sights can make for a longer trip, so for those wanting to explore more of the city center, this might not be the best location.
